As a financial institution, American Express is required to hold accurate and up-to-date information on our customers. Doing so enables us to comply with regulatory requirements and to maintain the security of your Account.

In our recent communication to you, you were asked to provide information for your Account, or on behalf of your Supplementary Cardmember(s).

To assist us in meeting our regulatory requirements and ensure you and/or any Supplementary Cardmembers on your Account can continue to enjoy all the benefits of American Express Cardmembership, please complete the following steps.

  • Step 1: Click 'Next' and log in using the 'Unique Reference Code' and 'Last 5 digits' of the Card referenced within your communication.
     
    Please note: If you are providing information on behalf of a Supplementary Cardmember, you will have received a communication containing a 'Unique Reference Code' and the 'Last 5 digits' of the Card to use for login for each Supplementary Cardmember on your Account. Please repeat these steps to upload the required documentation and provide information for each Supplementary Cardmember.
     
  • Step 2: Input your, or your Supplementary Cardmember's, name, date of birth, residential address, nationality, income and employment information.
     
    Please note: If you are providing information on behalf of a Supplementary Cardmember, only name, date of birth, residential address and nationality information will be required.
     
  • Step 3: When prompted, upload the documentation requested on screen to verify your (or your Supplementary Cardmember's) details.

  • Step 4: Once all required documentation has been uploaded, click 'submit' to confirm and submit the information.

Finally, click 'complete' to confirm and submit the required information.
